About ProFlip

ProFlip was built by a storage unit buyer who got tired of losing hours every week to problems software should have already solved.

The idea started simple: a way to map out a unit so you know where every item is without walking back in. Then it grew into something bigger: what if you could see your profit on every unit, know which auctions are worth returning to, and go from unit door to live listing in minutes instead of hours?

No tool existed that did all three. So we built one.

ProFlip is not for casual hobbyists looking for treasure. It is for the buyers who run this like a business: tracking margins, managing multiple units, listing across platforms, and reinvesting the profits into better auctions.

We use the same language you do: units, flips, hauls, ROI. Because we built this for how storage auction buyers actually work, not how a generic inventory app assumes they do.
